Arla IT solutions is responsible for delivering business transformation in Arla. We’re working with an exciting and challenging mix of IT and business processes, where great user experiences are defining the success or failure of our efforts. This is an environment where everybody works agile across an international organisation with colleagues based in Poland, UK, Sweden, Germany and Denmark. Arla IT comprises over 200 highly skilled specialists as well as around 800 consultants who work with SAP, Microsoft and app development. Soon we will be 300 employees looking at IT projects, for example the redesign of the logistics processes for Arla’s Global Warehouse & Distribution using SAP technology and establishment of an Analytics Powerhouse to ensure faster and better decision-making through Big data. Help us become be more user focused In the Agile Transformation team we work across the business with agile coaching, design thinking, agile testing – and we need you to help us focus more on user experiences (UX). Creating a better awareness and building more knowledge within the area is your new job. As User Experience Lead, your main tasks are: To lead the UX activities and help the development teams focus better on user experience To institutionalise UX at all levels and directions in the organisation, setting the agenda and personally driving this change. You will ensure everybody understands the importance of user focused projects Cooperating closely with User Experience Designers, both internally employed and external vendors Together with the rest of the Agile Transformation team, leading the way towards world class business transformation Great leadership skills with a passion for UX Being a UX Lead you will have a number of years relevant experience and education in this technical area. You are passionate and creative about UX with knowledge in areas such as mobile applications, web and more traditional IT solutions. What will make you really stand out, however, is a strong drive and ability to lead this project and influence the organisation to work with a UX focus. As a confident communicator, you will thrive working in cross functional teams and using these skills to influence within a global organisation. You have a collaborative attitude, willing to offer helpful advice and guidance when a UX need has been identified.
